Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care to residents at our Hudson, FL facility. We offer a supportive team environment with staffing incentives and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, medication management, infection control, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Must hold FL LPN license and CPR certification; nursing experience preferred.

Formación

• LPN license in good standing in Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency and other center policies.
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy.
