Job summary

Independence Plus expands its home nursing division and is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide in-home care across northern Illinois. You will care for medically complex adults and children, with training in ventilator support and dedicated team backup.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible schedules. Salary is negotiable based on experience and patient complexity, with full benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required for home health roles.
• Must maintain IL LPN license and comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to medically complex adults and children.
• Develop and implement care plans for patients at home; monitor vitals and symptoms.
• Learn ventilator skills and operate high-tech home equipment as part of patient care.

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all of our service areas. We are now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).

Our nurses become trained specialists in caring for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, many with rare diagnoses.
