Job summary

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all of our service areas. We are now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one home health care for medically complex patients.

Our nurses become trained specialists in caring for adult and pediatric patients at home, including ventilator skills, with support from a dedicated team to help you succeed and your patients thrive.

Qualifications

• Current IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health nursing to medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
• Develop expertise in ventilator care and train patients and family members as needed.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care at home.
