Independence Plus, Inc. in Illinois is expanding our in-home nursing division and hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to care for medically complex patients at home, including pediatric cases. You will learn ventilator skills and work with a dedicated team to help patients thrive.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN openings with full benefits, PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k). Training for clinical and ventilator skills is provided, with pay upon completion of initial shifts.

Qualifications

• Current IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
• Support ventilator skills training and 24/7 on-call coordination.

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all of our service areas. We are now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
