Job summary

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all of our service areas. We are now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide in-home care for medically complex patients, including vented cases, across Illinois.

You will train and work with a dedicated team to ensure patient success and comfort at home. Nurses are paid for clinical and ventilator training upon completion of the first independent shift and scheduling of two additional shifts, with flexible

Qualifications

• Current IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
• Learn ventilator skills and apply them in home health settings.
• Deliver one-on-one home healthcare and support patient thriving.
