Job summary

Courtney Manor is seeking an LPN Supervisor to coordinate resident care on assigned shifts under the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs, ensure continuity of care, and serve as a resource for residents, families and staff.

This full-time role in Michigan offers a sign-on bonus of $17,000, night shift differential, competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401K with matching, life insurance and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
• Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
