Job summary

Courtney Manor is seeking an LPN Supervisor in Michigan to oversee resident care across shifts under the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on clinical supervision of CNAs/STNAs, ensuring continuity of care, and serving as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Education and/or Experience:

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
