Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Summary

• Seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/LVN with EKG experience to join the outpatient clinical team.
• Supports physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering quality patient care.
• Ideal candidate will have recent experience in outpatient settings such as urgent care or family medicine.
• EPIC EMR experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform EKGs and assist with other diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Take vital signs, document patient histories, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by providers.
• Assist with in-office procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for charting and patient record management (preferred).
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient use.
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
• Provide patient education and support per clinical team direction.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience (e.g., urgent care, family practice) within the past 3 years.
• EKG experience is required.
• Proficient in fundamental nursing skills and patient care procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using EPIC EMR system.

Certifications

• Current and valid LPN/LVN licensure.
