Key Responsibilities:

• Performs as a Clinic LPN, demonstrating quality patient care and serving as a role model.
• Obtains and documents patient information such as chief complaints and vital signs, and prepares patients for examinations.
• Addresses physical, social, and psychological needs of patients and families.
• Monitors, observes, and reports patient condition changes to the RN.
• Reinforces health education, handles laboratory specimen collection, and manages paperwork.
• Prepares exam and treatment rooms, administers medications, and supports diagnostic and surgical procedures.
• Manages IV insertion, monitoring, and discontinuation as directed by providers.
• Maintains cleanliness of clinical areas and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
