Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care under an RN. You will evaluate residents, assist with assessments, and administer prescribed medications while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the care team, documenting changes, and supervising unlicensed staff to maintain high standards and positive patient outcomes in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Current valid LPN license or in progress of licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN direction, deliver nursing care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Evaluate patients/residents, observe, and report changes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
