Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver efficient and compassionate nursing care under the direction of an RN.

You will evaluate residents, participate in assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure quality outcomes. Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program with current licensure or pending licensure and maintain BLS/CPR as required.

Qualifications

• Must have LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
