This emergency-essential role provides high-quality, shift-level clinical oversight and care coordination for residents with developmental disabilities. The LPN Lead is responsible for taking charge of service delivery for residents and leading a team of LPN I & II nurses as well as direct care staff.
Education: Determined by the Maryland Board of Nursing under the licensing requirements for Practical Nurses.
Experience: Three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Note: Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Nursing classifications or Nursing or Health Care Specialist specialty codes in the Nursing field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
