United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Ideal Senior Living in the Southern Tier, New York. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess resident needs, administer meds, monitor status, and support wellbeing in a long-term care setting.

The position is evening-shift with 40 hours/week, $22.89-$32.76/hr, eligible for benefits if 24+ scheduled hours/week, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Position Overview

United Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Ideal Senior Living, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment. As an LPN, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess resident needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor health status, and promote comfort, safety, and overall well-being while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Compensation Range:

$22.89 - $32.76 per hour, depending on experience

You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for candidates that meet eligibility requirements.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Evening shift, 2:45pm - 11pm
• Every other weekend

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required:
  • A graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Preferred:
  • Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting

License/Certification

• Minimum Required:
  • Current New York State Practical Nurse License
  • CPR Certification within 3 months of hire
• Preferred:
  • Not Applicable
