Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for homecare in Middlesex County. Join our Homecare team to deliver high-quality nursing care under RN direction, with a focus on comfort, trust, and helping patients thrive at home.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, educating patients on preventive and recovery care, and maintaining safety and documentation. Valid NJ LPN license and driver’s license required; willing to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited LPN program with active NJ LPN license.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care; homecare/hospice is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management and tech skills.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Compassionate caregiver with a heart for patient independence.
