Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Moorestown, NJ office. This role involves servicing adult clients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Burlington County.

Requirements include at least one year of prior clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. As a home care nurse, you will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care, enabling clients to remain at home.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories.
2. Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
3. Monitor client conditions and report changes to management.
4. Follow doctors' orders accurately and document all interventions.
5. Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
6. Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records on tablets.

Qualifications

1. Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse license.
2. Minimum of one year recent, verifiable LPN experience.
3. Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
4. Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency, with EMR experience preferred.
