Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Florida. This PRN/Per Diem role covers patients in Delray Beach and Boca Raton, offering flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida LPN license with IV certification, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health a plus), a valid driver's license, and a commitment to quality, compassionate care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN license in Florida and IV certification required.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
