Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. This full-time role covers Boca Raton to Delray Beach, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered care delivered in patients' homes with collaboration across clinicians.

You will utilize your clinical expertise to support care plans, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients’ health and independence while maintaining autonomy and high-quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license in Florida
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus
