Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Florida seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our PRN/home health team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes under the plan of care.

Active Florida LPN license required; at least 1 year of nursing experience, home health a plus. IV certification preferred. We offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active LPN license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required; Home Health experience is a plus
• IV certification preferred
• Strong initiative and independent judgement
