Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 home-based care in Merritt Island, FL. Join a team that supports stable hours, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient relationships in patients' homes.

You will assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Orientation and ongoing clinical support are provided.

Formación

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
