Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Home Care LPN to provide direct patient care in the home setting. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support personalized care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through Maxim’s local office support structure.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.
