First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. Competitive pay ranges from $37 to $39 per hour, with per diem scheduling and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
