First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads, VA. This role offers $37-$39/hour with flexible schedules and same-day or next-day pay options.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care within your scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with the care team. Active LPN license, 1 year facility experience, and current BLS/CPR are required; PPD within the last year is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
