Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across the Hampton Roads area. You will provide skilled nursing care and support patient needs in fast-paced facilities, including medication administration and wound care.

We offer $37-$39/hour, per diem schedules, same-day or next-day pay, and a hiring bonus after completion of 2 shifts. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling help you manage work and life with ease.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
