Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced LPNs to join the per diem team serving Hampton Roads facilities. You will provide nursing care, administer meds, document patient information, and support wound care and patient education.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $37–$39, same-day/next-day pay, a hiring bonus after 2 shifts, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and local staffing coordinators available 5 AM–11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
