First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. Per diem shifts offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Salary ranges from $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay, weekly pay, and a hiring bonus after two shifts. Active LPN license, 1 year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR, and recent PPD are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
