Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in our Indiana facility. The role involves medication administration, coordination with physicians, and maintaining patient confidentiality in a compliant, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has an LPN license, CPR and First Aid certifications, and is flexible to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current unencumbered state license.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations for nursing facilities.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Coordinate with physicians and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and care plans.
