You will administer medications, maintain patient confidentiality, and coordinate with physicians to meet residents' needs while fostering a warm, collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing with the state.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and facility guidelines.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
