About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aperion Care Peru, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and provide education and support to residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and record patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
