CareOne’s Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Greater Pittsburgh in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to coordinate nursing care and supervise staff in accordance with care plans.

The role involves direct and indirect patient care, following state and federal regulations, with opportunities for part-time or full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed nursing program
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.

Education
