Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per facility policies and procedures.
• Administer and document medications accurately and timely.
• Observe residents for drug effects and report changes to DON/ADON.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning sessions.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and charting.
