Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

Under supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN provides nursing care, coordinates, implements, and evaluates residents’ care plans, manages safety, supervises nursing assistants, and adheres to all policies and state regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company applications
