1. Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility

   Locations: Lancaster, WI and Prairie du Chien, WI

   Status: Full-Time/Part-Time

   Shifts: All Shifts, Day/Evening for Lancaster

   Wages: Up to $49.25 per hour, based on shift experience

   Seeking PM and NOC shift RNs. Join our dedicated team to provide exceptional care.

2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

   Locations: Rochester East, Byron, and Rochester

   Status: Full-Time/Part-Time

   Shifts: All Shifts, with shift differentials: $.75 PM, $1 NOC

   Wages: Up to $35 per hour, based on shift and experience

3. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

   Location: Rochester East, Rochester

   Status: Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual

   Shifts: All Shifts

   Wages: Up to $25 per hour, with shift differentials: $1.50 PM, $2.00 NOC

4. Unit Manager / ADON

   Location: Lancaster, WI

   Status: Full-Time

   Shift: Day/Evening

   Wages: Starting at $48 per hour, based on experience
