Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care for residents in a warm, homelike environment.

The role involves rounds, medication administration, and collaboration with families and physicians. A valid SC LPN license and CPR certification are required, with weekend and holiday availability to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in South Carolina.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents' conditions throughout the shift.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
