Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a dedicated LPN to deliver patient-centered care under supervision. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, uphold confidentiality, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting patient mobility and daily care needs.

The role requires an active LPN license, current BLS certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Unit needs may require additional certifications and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with licensure.
• Current LPN license in good standing with State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and turn patients, with capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.
• Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
• BLS certification required, with ACLS/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E. as per unit needs.
• IV certification within one year of hire preferred.
