Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) current.
• License: LVN in state of employment or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds/immunizations per order and document properly.
• Maintain exam rooms and restock supplies; perform routine clerical tasks.
