Qualifications

• Completion of a Minnesota Board-approved practical nursing program.
• Current Minnesota LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care to residents under nursing leadership.
• Assist in the development and modification of the Plan of Care and implement delegated interventions.
• Collect resident health data, report changes to the RN, and monitor responses to interventions.
• Assign and supervise tasks to unlicensed nursing staff as appropriate.
