*$12,000 Sign-On Bonus for F/T LPNs and $6,000 Sign-On Bonus for P/T LPNs!* We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented LPNs. Duties include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to implement care plans. LPNs play a key role in maintaining a warm, positive, and safe environment, offering compassionate support to residents and their families. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a caring demeanor are essential for delivering high-quality care and enhancing residents' quality of life. Clinical schedules include every other weekend. Must be licensed as an LPN in New York State, and having prior long-term care experience is a plus. Starting pay is $35.00/hour to $40.00/hour with a +$2.00 shift differential after 2PM.
