Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for Day Shift at our Baton Rouge facility. Join a nationwide network focused on compassionate care across detox, residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient services.

You will provide direct patient care, coordinate medications, document thoroughly, and collaborate with medical and clinical teams. We value staff who communicate well, are detail-oriented, and committed to recovery principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year diploma program post-high school.
• Current licensure to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask.
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking to hire LPNs for the Day Shift at our facility in Baton Rouge, LA!

What You'll Do

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
