Aviata at Seminole is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team in Seminole, FL. The role focuses on direct patient care, implementing care plans, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse
• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment
• Other duties as assigned
