Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens in Kissimmee, Florida. This full-time position offers direct resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, with competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.

You will assess residents, supervise CNAs, and help manage falls and pressure sore programs within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
