Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care within a correctional facility. You will plan and deliver patient care, record vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate with practitioners and security staff.

The role emphasizes documentation, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with medical and security teams. The position may require covering shifts at ACH client facilities and training new staff; active LPN

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the LPN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on-site in the correctional facility.
• Record vital signs, glucose checks, weight, and other diagnostics as appropriate.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the practitioner.
• Collaborate with medical and security staff for diagnosis and treatment as directed.
