Job Overview

Arisa Health is expanding, and we are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our residential facility in Corning. The LPN will work with adults in a clinical setting, providing direct care such as checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, obtaining specimens for testing, and more. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in a mental health facility.

Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, formed by the merger of four longstanding Arkansas community mental health centers. We offer outpatient, crisis, emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive services for children and adults, medical, and residential services across 41 Arkansas counties.

Position Details

• Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)
• Reports to the Program Coordinator
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (hours TBD)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care
• Implement physician orders
• Administer medications, draw blood, and perform tests as ordered
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Arkansas LPN license
• Minimum one year of LPN experience preferred but required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in computer skills
