Job summary

Sanford Health & Rehabilitation in Sanford, NC is seeking an LPN/RN Hall Nurse to participate in and implement the nursing plan of care on the assigned shift and unit, adhering to SOPs and regulations. Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
• Must possess a valid LPN/RN license in the state of the facility.
• Experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and implementing unit activities as assigned by DON/RN Supervisor.
• Administers medications as ordered and documents in resident charts.
• Monitors residents and reports changes to RN; ensures resident rights and confidentiality.
• Maintains accurate nursing records and response to care.
