Licensed Practical Nurse Care Manager / Case Management (LPN)

Northern Manor Multicare Center is actively hiring LPNs for weekend shifts at our skilled nursing facility in Nanuet, NY. Join us and enjoy excellent rates and benefits, with immediate hiring opportunities!

Base rate $40/hour plus a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. All weekend shifts are available.

Responsibilities include:

• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
