Job summary

Carolina SeniorCare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Providence Place in High Point, NC. This part-time shift from 7a–7p provides skilled nursing care, medication administration, and support for residents in a resident-centered environment.

Under supervision of the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing, you will ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote health, comfort, and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration to residents.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and families to promote resident outcomes.
• Document care and maintain resident records per regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe, positive, resident-focused environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards of care.
