Pay Range

This range is provided by CenterWell Senior Primary Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $45,400.00/yr - $61,300.00/yr

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8a-5p

Worksite: Remote WFH/Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, take vital signs, administer medication, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
• Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, with some latitude over prioritization/timing.

Qualifications

• Reside within the greater Atlanta, GA area.
• Current licensure as an LPN.
• Patient-facing role; must pass TB screening.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong clinical background and experience in high-volume environments.
• Passionate about contributing to continuous improvement in consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Bilingual skills.
• Experience with phlebotomy, Electronic Medical Records, HEDIS, and primary care medicine requirements.
