Job Details:
Unit: Wound Ostomy Team (Arthur M Blank & Scottish Rite)
Shift:

• Monday to Friday - 10-hour shifts
• Block scheduling is not promised or guaranteed
• Floating: Required between Egleston & Scottish Rite campuses.

Scrub Color: Any color

Required Qualifications:

• FLU Vaccine is required (no exceptions)
• Up-to-date resume with 1+ years of Wound Ostomy experience, including travel experience
• Two recent Wound Ostomy Charge/Manager RN references
• Current BLS certification
• Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) certification is required (no exceptions)
• Graduation from an accredited WOC nursing education program
• NURSYS Report for license verification with an active RN license
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of submission

Job Description:
As a Wound and Ostomy Care RN in Atlanta, you'll be responsible for providing specialized wound and ostomy care, including wound vac dressings/placements, wound debridement, ostomy care and pouch changes, and ostomy teaching. You'll work with specialty equipment, including making specialty bed recommendations for weight distribution, and ensuring effective Wound Vac knowledge.
