Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role across two nearby communities. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and help develop individualized care plans.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth in assisted living and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing (required).
• Preferred experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care (not required).
• We are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
