Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Minnesota is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no nights, weekends, or on-call. The position supports two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities with a predictable schedule and local travel between sites.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, contribute to care plans, document clinical information, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Preferred: experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
