Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Full-Time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights, weekends, or on-call, across two nearby communities. You will deliver resident-centered nursing care, manage medications, and collaborate with a compassionate team to support independence and quality of life.

The position emphasizes consistent scheduling, professional growth, and a supportive culture in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings, with local travel

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Preferred: Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
